A new month comes along another Featured Artist of the Month is here. In a tight race to the end winning with 44% is Jesse McCartney with R&B superstar Usher not to far behind with 41%. Jesse's current single "Leavin'" is set to make a great debut on the Billboard Hot 100 this week after being digitally released last week.
